Decks

The most important aspect of your tarot journey. You should feel comfortable with the deck, and in a way it should speak to you. Luckily, there are many decks available, so you should be able to find one which suits your needs. The Rider-Waite deck is used throughout Tarot Explained on our card meanings pages.

Books and Guides

If you’d like an in-person reference to the Tarot, then a book is a good idea. Many books offer unique ideas and concepts to the Tarot; they really can help you learn new things about the cards.
